Return policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. If there is an error in our listing or customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) for a refund. Items must be returned in original condition at time of return. Any returns over $500 may be delayed due to inspection and processing times.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:

• Make sure your name and address are stated clearly on the return address portion of the package, and please include a copy of your shipping invoice with a note with return reason. 
• It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all merchandise upon receipt. If there is an issue with any shipment sent by the 100TRILLIONS.COM, including; damaged or defective merchandise, missing item(s), or incorrect order/shipping error, the 100TRILLIONS.COM must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of the package.
