U.S.A Shipping Policy

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • We are only authorized to ship to the confirmed addresses.
  • We ship from southern California, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
  • We ship the same day if payment clears by 3:00 PM PST Monday through Friday excluding weekends, holidays, and high volume sales dates. High volume of orders during these dates, may cause delays in shipments being sent. 
  • Carrier times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or unforeseeable circumstances, both of which we will not be held responsible for. *FEDEX SATURDAY DELIVERY MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN CERTAIN LOCATIONS AND MAY REQUIRE WEEKDAY DELIVERY.

  • Purchases made after business hours, weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. 
  • A tracking number will only emailed once the order has shipped.
  • No changes to shipping method nor products can be made once payment is received.
  • If a mistake occurs, we MUST cancel and refund the payment. You will have to repurchase the item(s) with the correct information on your payment method.

International Shipping Policy

  • Per U.S. Customs Law, we MUST declare full value and descriptions of all items dispatched internationally with no exceptions.
  • Two[2] options for EXPRESS SHIPPING, both require a telephone number.
  1. FedEx Priority International shipping service is available. FedEx CANNOT SHIP to a P.O. Box.
  2. USPS Express – Express shipping services. Allows shipments to a P.O. Box.
  • Items that are returned due to wrong, insufficient, misspelled address or customer refusal to pickup will be refunded minus the original shipping fee, return shipping and restocking fee.
  • If you have specific instructions or requests on shipping or packaging, please send us a message and confirm before purchasing.

International Buyers – Please Note: 

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Refusal to pay duties and tax will incur additional charges, such as return shipping and potential 25% restocking fee. 

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to purchasing.

Guatemala - Delivery time too long, customs fees are high.

Sri Lanka - Issues with fraud and packages not being delivered.

Brazil - Customs fees high, clients refuse to pay high cost.

Bulgaria- Fraud issues.

Yemen - Packages not being delivered.

North Korea - Packages not being delivered.

Afghanistan - Customs issues, packages not being delivered.
